NEVER BUY A BABY THAT:

#1 IS NOT VET CHECKED,

#2 HAS NOT BEEN GIVEN 1ST SHOTS/DEWORMER ,

#3 DOES NOT HAVE A HEALTH CERTIFICATE.

THIS IS NORMAL, PROFESSIONAL PROCEDURE, THAT REPUTABLE BREEDERS/KENNELS FOLLOW.

1] Deposits for the Olde English Bulldogges are a minimum of $200.....

I accept Postal Money Orders, Money Grams. Or Western Union .

A bank draft or cashier’s check, will have to "be cleared" by my bank before the pup can be shipped.

ALL DEPOSITS AFTER 2 WEEKS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

2] (Deposits or payments) are non refundable.

3] I can ship your pup, but "the buyer" is responsible for all shipping cost.

4] You have full responsibility for the puppy /dogge you have received from purchase date forward.

Be sure and have your pup checked by your vet within 48 hrs upon receiving him/her!

If I do not receive a letter stating pup was taken to vet (WARRANTY IS VOID)...

ALSO, IF THE PRICE OF PUP IS DROPPED FROM THE ORIGINAL PRICE, THERE IS NO WARRANTY,

(THE PUP IS SOLD AS IS). (THIS DOGGE IS NOT TO BE BRED)

The buyer has 4 months to have pup fixed from date of purchase. The Registration papers will be given only after I receive a letter from your vet stating that the pup has been spayed or neutered.

Failure to do so is a BREECH OF CONTRACT, LEGAL ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN .

NO OTHER REGISTRATION PAPERS ARE TO BE USED, OTHER THAN THE ONE GIVEN BY THE SELLER.

5] If full price is paid for a DOGGE/PUPPY. You will be able to be breed that dogge when it is of full age.

ABSOLUTELY, NO BREEDINGS ON 1st HEAT !!!!!

6] Often times in dogges, problems do not show up for years in a breeding program.

I only warranty a puppy if a major problem is found and puppy has to be put down.

In this situation, I will exchange your puppy with another of equal value.

I will need your veterinarians dated, and signed statement of the puppy's condition. In the event that the pup is actually put down, I will need a letter from your vet stating the procedure has been done.

(At no time is the seller responsible for any vet expenses.)

If a puppy/dogge is to be sent back to me, all cost of shipping are the buyers responsibility

I try to breed the healthiest dogges possible, but problems can occur from a number of things.

(I "DO NOT" COVER PARVO, BONE OR JOINTS, NOR ANY SKIN OR EYE PROBLEMS).

7] Buyer should provide lots of love, & proper nutrition, to ensure pups well rounded growth...

SHOTS, DE-WORMER, HEARTGARD, & VET CARE MUST BE PROVIDED AS NECESSARY.

Also, adequate housing for summer & winter months.

For the protection of my pups/adult dogges.

If at any time, I the seller, find that a puppy, or adult dog that I've sold /or adopted-out being abused, mistreated, or treated inhumanely, I reserve the right to reclaim the pup/dog at the owners expense....(NO REFUND IMPLIED)..
